Q: Does this connect to Wi-Fi and is it easy to load ebooks from Amazon?

Amazon sells Kindle eBooks, so you must load those to a Kindle or convert them to ePub (if possible) in order to load on a Kobo. Kindle books are not directly compatible with Kobos.

Q: Warranty. there is a warranty or repair center. is not charging anymore and i bought it in april 2022. tried lots of good cables but is not charging
