does anyone know if this chair is as bulky and hard to carry and takes up a lot of room when folded as the 3 in 1 padded ostrich chair?

This chair folds as flat as any beach chair. I imagine it must be flatter than a padded one. It is fairly lightweight and easy to carry.

How wide is the seat on this chair?

I can't remember how wide the seat was. All I know is it was uncomfortable trying to lay face down on the chair and it broke after a couple of weeks use. I felt it was cheaply made. Oh well, you get what you pay for. Bought a more expensive one on Amazon and that one has lasted and I'll use it again this summer.
