I tried the Carroten Intensive Tanning Gel during a recent beach and pool trip and was honestly impressed with how quickly it developed a natural-looking bronze glow. The gel applies smoothly and spreads easily without feeling overly sticky, which makes it comfortable for outdoor use.The scent is light and beachy—not overpowering like some tanning products—and it absorbs fairly quickly into the skin. I noticed color development within a few hours, and it deepened nicely after repeated use over a couple of days. It gives more of a golden, sun-kissed finish rather than an orange tone, which I really liked.A little goes a long way, so the bottle should last through multiple uses. Just make sure to wash your hands after applying, as it can tint palms if you’re not careful. Also, like most tanning accelerators, it still requires sun exposure, so it’s not a self-tanner.Overall, this is a great option if you want to enhance your natural tan and get faster results in the sun. I’d definitely keep this in my summer bag for beach days or pool time!

Amazing tanning gel! Gives an immediate, bright bronzed-look while still actively working on your tan. Thick consistency, but goes on smooth, coats evenly, and feels moisturizing without feeling greasy. Definitely need to be consistent with its use, and note it WILL transfer to white/light clothing, however comes out easily in the wash. The amount in the container was impressive, and lasted me four months before I ran out. Point of reference, I live in FL and lay out in the son roughly 2x per week. I only used on my face, stomach, and legs. Works far better than other products I’ve tried and used, and I will absolutely be a forever-customer!

Was skeptical about this tanning gel.I was surprised how great it works.I put on spf 30 wait 15 minutes then apply the carroten.Doesnt have a pleasant sent.Smells a bit chemically but that goes away within 5 mins then no smell.I would buy it again.

I actually really like this tanning gel, and it gives me a noticeably deeper tan in a relatively short amount of time. It definitely seems to accelerate the tanning process, and I appreciate that it's water-resistant because I don't feel like I have to constantly reapply after getting in the pool.The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the consistency. It's much thicker than I expected—almost like petroleum jelly. Because of that, it can be a little difficult to spread evenly, and it leaves your skin feeling greasy for a while after application.That said, if you don't mind the texture, the results are worth it. It gives a beautiful, rich tan and seems to help intensify color much faster than tanning without it. I would purchase it again, but I do wish the formula was a little lighter and easier to apply, AND the price wasn't so insanely expensive compared to others, AND one more note, I do wish it had at least a little sunscreen in there to protect your skin

I wish I had taken before and after pics. When the UV is high and you put this on...........DUDE! Beautiful dark tan. No burn. Absolutely use this if you want a deep tan. Just know, as you put it on and rub it in, it does have a deep rudy coloring, so be sure to rub it in good.

I bought this because the majority of the reviews were positive so I wanted to try it. I have a cruise coming up so I wanted to have a nice glow before embarkation day. I stayed out 15 minutes each side, given the advise from other people. And the photos are prior to using the product, immediately afterwards, and about 4 hours after tanning. You can see somewhat of a deepening but nothing compared to what some of these other reviews suggest.Pros:-There’s no smell of any kind-It does aid in tanning a bitCons:-Another reviewer described the consistency to that of caramel. That is perfectly accurate. It’s thick and globby and doesn’t spread the best.-It’s VERY greasy, like don’t touch anything, don’t sit on anything because it will get everywhere. To be honest, I felt gross.-It is tinted and as a result it stained my bathing suit and towel.-It was difficult to wash off. I still felt greasy after scrubbing repeatedly.All in all, I would not recommend this product. Given the cost of the product versus the payoff, it’s just not worth it.

Yup I'm in love just received this product yes you put it on it will kinda look like a burgundy color just rub it in good. I was out side in yard 1 hour yup I got a beautiful tan on top of how dark I was before putting it on. And not one stain on my towels nor bathing suit

The good news is - it works. As soon as you apply it, you get a little kiss of sun. A little goes a long way, and it's very easy to apply. The bad new: It will stain what ever it touches, and it is VERY hard to wash off. Took a shower when I got home from the beach today - hot water and plenty of soap... my legs still feel greasy, and my white bath towel has a little discoloration on it. Plan ahead for the times you are going to use this - old bath towel and old sheets.

Omg this is my 4th tub of this.it smells and feels amazing.it actually hydrates your skin and leaves it silky. And most of all the tan you get is stunning honestly.and you can't even see the cream oil on your skin.i love this. The only thing is it gets on your clothes. But it does wash out . Its only from amazon i buy it tho. As I bought some of ebay and it was same tub everything. But it was so watery. I knew as soon as I opend it. It was nothing like it. Im just being honest..

I always use this brand and it always leaves me with a great tan. It’s all over TikTok etc so I really recommend. This has been my 3rd one 😭

Best product !Suncream first and then the magic Carrots !
