It's garbage.
A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. If anything, it made matters worse. It melted in the heat and ran down my face like rain. The fact that it's a cream should have tipped me off. I'd like to get my money back but I guess that's out of the question. Don't bother with this junk.
