I love the spray so much! I work out a lot and often have sore muscles. This helps my legs, relax, and eases the soreness. I spray it on my calves and feet at night and I sleep great when I use it! This is the best brand of magnesium oil spray that I have found, and the bottle lasts a very long time! Great value for the size of the bottle

I use this all the time. It itches a little for a few seconds but that's because it's working! I have a bottle upstairs on my nightstand, and one downstairs at my desk. It takes a little getting used to, but if your muscles are tight and hurting... it's worth it! Just remember to keep your hair up in a ponytail while you have it on and wear an old tshirt. It's good stuff for achy tight muscles and joints!

Works great to keep me from having leg cramps at night but it really burns and stings for a good while after applying. I’ll take stinging over leg cramps any day.

I have always been a fan of magnesium, being the only supplement that has ever given me immediate and such noticeable results. This is the first time I've tried a topical spray and I am still happy with results.These sprays are not cheap so now that I have a bottle I will probably just make my own from here on out. There is nothing special to these sprays, literally just water and magnesium flakes. It is so much cheaper to just buy a bag of magnesium flakes(NOW brand for sure) and mix it with water. Not to mention it would last so much longer.That being said, this spray seems very good. It does not itch or burn when applied to the skin which seems to be the biggest complaint. When applied to areas of muscle or general pain, I was surprised at how quickly the pain went away. It has improved my mood and helps me fall asleep at night.Despite just being magnesium and water, it will feel oil like on the skin but that quickly goes away. You'll notice it most on your hands when you run it in after spraying.I am sure there are more benefits than just those but after only a couple of days the spray has worked that quickly.The bottle is big and will last a very long time.Considering all of the magnesium topical sprays have pretty much the exact same ingredients, this one is the best value for your money by a long shot. And if it is your first time trying magnesium in this way, then I highly recommend purchasing this brand over the more expensive brands. And if you are looking for something cheaper than the brand you currently use, well, I highly recommend this to you as well. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

The product is good quality, bought it to help with sleep, it helps muscles relax, etc. but if you suffer from insomnia its not get you the results you need, it makes your hand and body feel itchy

This stuff is a lifesaver!! I sometimes get excruciating leg, foot or toe cramps. I’d have to quickly get out of a chair and attempt to walk it off (didn’t really help) or drag myself out of bed in the middle of the night and attempt to walk or try to massage the area. I basically had to wait in pain for the muscles to relax and then I’d be sore for hours. A few times one or two of my toes would cramp/flex up in the air as if in a horror movie! I was in too much pain to take a picture. LOL Some of this magic spray fixed it.I know that magnesium is very important for muscle health and since I take Zumba classes 3x week I really wanted relief. Well, the first time I sprayed this on my leg for a cramp, I massaged it in and poof! No more cramp! I also keep some next to my bed because I was able to use it at night without having to reluctantly leap out of bed.I’ve also been taking magnesium supplements, but this is nearly instant relief.The residue is misleading as it initially feels greasy. However, it’s not greasy. It just has a different feel on your hands. But, no big deal. Just wash your hands.Highly recommend!!! Do yourself a HUGE favor and don’t go buy the fancy 18-30 dollar bottles of magnesium spray because they say things like “from an ancient crevice in the saltiest ocean of the world that no one has ever even seen with their eyeballs”. Buy this one instead. I’ve tried the fancy ones and they’re just okay.The bottle says to use 3-4 sprays and they MEAN THAT. The first night I got it, I assumed it was like every other magnesium spray that I’ve tried and literally gave myself like 10 sprays in various locations of pain on my body.Do not use on sensitive or open skin, it will sting and itch pretty harshly. I’ve found that my feet, chest, lower back, and calves take very kindly to this product without a lot of itching. (The itchiness literally means the product is working and will eventually go away, as will the slight oiliness)Let me just say this- it was a ROCK SOLID sleep, unlike the other brands I’ve tried, and (sorry TMI, stop now if you can’t handle the fact that girls do this), my morning potty was ever-cleansing and spiritual. (Yes, even topical magnesium will make you go #2)When they say “highly concentrated”, they without a doubt mean it. I will continue to buy this brand, as it works consistently each time, and 3-4 sprays goes a long way, which will allow this bottle to last me a long while.I love NOW products, and this one sealed the deal for me on this brand entirely.

Really wanted this to work for nightly leg and foot cramps. Applied as directed. Went to bed and sheets sticking to legs and skin tingling/burning off and on. After several hours of misery washed kegs and feet to get rid of product. May help leg cramps if you can tolerate the product. It is not returnable so order cautiously. Will continue with THERAWOX after all.
