I'm a big fan of this tiny magnet. We bought a tote in England and after we returned home, I discovered they never removed the security tag on it. ARGH! Everyone's had that experience right? And after trying 100 different magnets in our house, I ordered this one out of desperation to see if it might do the trick. I was able to get the tag to release within seconds. The pull on it is really, really strong for such a small magnet. It's one of those things you didn't realize you needed but now that you have it, it has a ton of uses and value.

This magnet is very powerful, especially for the size. We originally bought it to try to retrieve my husbands wedding ring from inside our recliner, but wasn’t successful. It kept clinging to the iron parts of the couch, but I think we’ll keep it either way!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a beefy magnet. I did have to shave a bit of plastic off the bottom to make the bottom smooth, but this is a crazy strong magnet. Multiple functions, so buy this one first if you need a magnet.

Very impressive for the size very strong

Terrible for removing clothes tag. Bought a pair of pajamas got home, and the lady had left the tag on. I bought this magnet in hopes it would take it off, but not only was it very small. It was barely magnetic to the black ball on the backside of the tag and would not release the pin.
