If you don't like sour stuff, this may not be for you. Ketones are naturally sour. The strawberry taste comes through in the after taste but the peach flavor hits first. No bad aftertaste like with artificial sweeteners since this has Zero sugar. I have tried all kinds of flavored waters that taste terrible and I hate energy drinks. This was great also for leveling my sugar (prediabetic). Would recommend this 100+ percent.

These have a unique flavor and are quite delicious with barely any aftertaste but you must keep in mind that they are an energy type drink and have that energy type drink taste. My favorite of the three flavors available would be the blackberry lemonade.

My daughter is epileptic. She loves energy drinks but can't have them. As a healthier and better option we tried kinetic. She absolutely loves them. All flavors. Energy level was up. Great price through Amazon and quick delivery.

Idk if the recipe changed but these last two purchases I got tasted alot less sour than usual, and tbh I kinda liked the sour lol.I think as far as energy goes... i personally havent felt a change, maybe a bit more motivated to do things. I still drink caffeine and other energy drinks for my real energy needs.The one part I can for sure feel a difference in though is the brain fog. Even though I'm fairly young, I typically have alot of brain fog and adhd tendencies. Drinking kinetik has definitely cleared my mind and made it alot easier to lock in and focus.Obviously. Pretty expensive, I'm sure eventually the prices will drop. I will say a negative for this and I can't say for sure, but it does seem addictive in a way. It's almost like my body gets used to the ketones, and anytime I miss drinking a kinetik, I feel even more clouded and brain foggy than before I started drinking kinetik.Overall. I like kinetik. It helps me with my brain fog. I wish it were cheaper and they didn't lessen down the sourness

Dude I freaking love kenetic! I am always hyper aware of my heartbeat (I hate it so much), so I can't drink normal heavily sugared and caffeineted energy drinks. But kenetic actually gives me energy but relaxes me and the same time. Like it helps with more than focus and clarity for me! It's incredible! I do wish it was a little cheaper but I understand why it's not. I've tried every flavor multiple times and the blackberry lemonade is hands down the best, even better than the ever so popular watermelon lime. Roman Atwood is the one who turned me onto Kenetic, and I'll never look back!

Serious bloating/GI discomfort. I didn’t realize the main ketone source of these drinks (D-BHB) is an exogenous, ketone salt. Salts are cheaper to produce and milder in taste but come with more side effects. I’ve had plenty of experience and great experiences with both HVMN and KEY (highly recommended over this product) and have had no GI issues…this makes sense because they utilize a higher quality, ketone esther. I’ve got a pretty resilient stomach but mine couldn’t handle even 1/2 a serving.

They do taste great! Not sure what Roman Atwood was talking about when he said they are sour/tart, I didn't find it that way at all. As far as Energy level increase, I didn't really feel it. In my opinion, they are a bit overpriced. That being said, just by the ingredients or lack thereof of.. I feel that these might be way better for you than the other over-sugared ones.
