Does this product need to be refrigerated after opening? It only says to keep in a "cool dark place."

I don't refrigerate it. Seems just fine. I first got it a physician's office with other supplements I needed. They marked others that required the fridge and this wasn't one of them. Hope this helps .

Does this contain carrageenan or "Sea vegetable extract", which is just another term for carrageenan?

looking at the other ingredients and no carrageenan...other ingredients: water, xylitol, raspberry flavor, citric acid, xanthan gum, stevia leaf extract, potassium sorbate..... hope this helps

Good bioavailability and taste

This product appears to have very good bioavailability. It is so much easier to swallow than the tablet or capsule forms of calcium. Taste is a little sweet but not bad. I was told to take calcium based on bone scan so this has become my preferred way to follow medical advice.

Meh, not worth the money

This product is messy and doesn't seem to work any better than the much, much cheaper cal/mag supplements I've tried. To me, it's just not worth the money.
