These shakes are very delicious. They have a nice vanilla flavor and are convenient to take on the go. I like that they have a good amount of protein in them, too. One of my daughters usually has trouble drinking shakes and then feeling bad afterwards. Not with these shakes, though! She likes the flavor and does not experience any nausea after drinking them.

30 gms of protein with 160 calories. Low in sugar too, which is great.

These Slim Fast drinks are very convenient and rather tasty! I like that they came shipped securely in a tight box that resisted shipping, and they're grouped together in a four pack for each grouping. they're easy to store and pull out a new batch when I complete each four pack. They're in tetra paks, which I usually avoid, however my local municipality is now accepting them for recycling, so these are ok for me.The taste is really good, it's vanilla forward and very smooth to drink. I typically go with plant based protein drinks, my stomach isn't too keen on dairy. These are dairy based, I didn't think about that before ordering, and they're going down well without any stomach issues. The flavor is also fairly milky, it's not something I would say I enjoy the taste of, but it's mild enough for the vanilla to cover it a bit.30 grams of protein in a single small serving like this is pretty rare - usually the drink would be twice the size! but these little compact bottles really pack in the nutrients and protein. I don't have a lot of time to waste, so these are efficient and quick to chug. Also the sugar levels are clocking in at 1 gram, that's pretty incredible!These are great for meal replacements or supplemental to your daily diet to add an extra little something. I really appreciate Slim Fast for evolving their product!

Very good creamy great taste

I typically have a bagel for breakfast when I get to work but decided to try these and cut back on some carbs while also increasing protein and nutrients. 30g of protein is a lot, but the full feeling didn’t quite hit right away. I drank some coffee afterwards and eventually the nutrients set and I wasn’t hungry. I would say I started getting hungry again about 3 hours later and 4 hours after the drink I was starving. I’m in fairly good health, within my BMI, and on my feet all day.The taste is like a chocolate milk, but with a thicker consistency and richer flavor reminiscent of a milk shake. I do have a sweet tooth and despite having only 2g of sugar it’s still a very sweet chocolatey taste. Now the downside to that is I think it is a sugar substitute because it has that aftertaste to me. Not as strong as diet soda which I cannot stand, but toned down a bit. I really didn’t notice any grittiness that sometimes you get with a protein drink.Even though it is a shelf stable product and contains milk I do recommend keeping them chilled for a better flavor. Pouring it over ice is even better.

These shakes taste good and make a good between mean snack. They have a fairly strong chemical taste, so they're not quite as good as I was hoping they'd be. Overall I like them, but they're not amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor of these. I am old enough to remember when this brand was pretty much the only game in town for meal replacement shakes to "reduce". Mom would have them in the house for her, but would tell us kids to have one when we were hangry. These taste SO MUCH BETTER than what I remember!Time and nutrition science I think has helped to make them as good as they are. The macros are right, they have the right balance of protein to fiber that you feel stratified but not stuffed or bloated. I am happy to say that I have not experienced any GI trouble with these which was a huge plus.The taste is the right kind of sweet and the vanilla is very nice. A few times now I have mixed a shake with iced coffee over ice and for a true afternoon pick me up.
