Not really sure why I take these but they must help with blood sugar issues. I know that the ceylon cinnamon does. These taste great and seem to have helped my overall health. No issues with them.

Both my son and I love the benefits of berberine, which makes blood sugar level low and stable for people who do keto diet. Also I love the taste and convenience of the sugar free gummy. I just hope the product not to combine other ingredients like cinnamon and black pepper, which can cause certain issue if taking everyday for a long period of time, such as fuzzy eyesight and acne etc.

These gummies are ok, bought to see if would bring my glucose levels down (heard cinnamon would do that), but did not. Probably not the best thing for that since has sugar in them. But the taste of the gummies is good, and was not bad to take them.

The taste is ok, not great, a little odd. I've gone through a whole bottle and it did nothing for my blood sugars (yes, I eat healthy as well) but I have read that it can take a few months...it is cheap enough to buy another bottle so maybe I'll try another...
