No. Increase your macros all round. Decent level of protein and good flavour. Natural creatine source in beef or buy creatine monohydrate. Ripped in no time 😀

Do all grenade protein bars have Beef Gelatin in them?

Hi, I’ve checked the ones we have and most have. The exception is the dark chocolate raspberry which is vegetarian society approved. The peanut butter one lists ‘gelatine hydrolysate’ which may or may not be beef from what I can see. Hope that helps :-)
