I was honestly a little skeptical at first—how good could a mattress that comes in a box really be? But wow, this one completely exceeded our expectations. It’s hands down the best mattress we’ve ever owned!It’s perfectly firm, so you don’t sink into it or feel like you’re being swallowed. At the same time, it’s incredibly comfortable and supportive. Both my husband and I sleep so well on it—we wake up feeling refreshed and without any aches or stiffness.Unboxing was easy, and it fully expanded quickly. For the price and convenience, this mattress is a total win. We’re so happy with this purchase—absolutely perfect!

I spent a few weeks trying to research the most affordable yet quality King size mattress. I am picky and I have a bad hip so I really needed a good mattress that wasn’t going to cost me $2k. I looked on the Ashley website and saw this mattress had great reviews. I then found the same mattress for about $200 less than on the Ashley site. The mattress does come rolled up in a box, but I have also gotten mattresses from the furniture store that did as well. If you are second guessing this mattress, don’t! If you need a medium firm mattress that is sturdy, affordable, and comfortable, this is the mattress for you. I never really write reviews unless I am extremely pleased with something and this is one of those times. The mattress feels like I am sleeping on a cloud and the edges of the bed do not sag at all. They are very supportive. Me and my husband don’t want to get up in the mornings!

The mattress is high and comfortable, but I found it softer than I expected, considering its intended firmness is medium-firm. On the other hand, I haven't been waking my husband with my tossing and turning in bed at night (haha).

The media could not be loaded. I've had our mattress for almost a year and I'm so very pleased. I am picky when it comes to mattresses...example prior to this one I had a Sterns and Foster for a few years, but it started sinking, getting lumps in it, and caused me a lot of pain..... so much so that I even bought a very expensive memory foam topper, and a support board to put under the mattress where it was sagging to see if those things would help and it didn't . With this new mattress we sleep better, no more back pain, I do not get hot like I did with the old mattress!! Also, this mattress is true to size 12 inches. Make sure to read the directions when you get it because after you unbox and unwrap it you need to let it sit out for a day so it can expand, settle and puff up properly. I love how it's firm but soft as well. I don't have to use my expensive Serta Memory Foam on this because it is so comfy!! It's a keeper....win win!! Super happy!

Purchased in July of 2023, completely toast by May 2024.We got the mattress, set it up on a brand new Zinus steel box foundation and we let it breathe and rise for a while. It didn’t rise to 12 inches, but got to about 11 which was fine. There was no odor or anything like that. It was soft, but then firm once you were on it, which was exactly what we wanted.For the first couple months the mattress was nearly perfect. We slept great, it felt great, and we felt like we’d gotten a fantastic deal. We loved it - it was supportive and immediately helped my back pain.Then the foam near my head started going flat. The corners on the head side of the mattress started sinking and rounding off. We don’t even lay or sit on those areas, so that was baffling. And suddenly it was significantly less comfy, especially on the wife’s side. On my side, about a pillow of depth was lost where my pilllows go, so without a pillow my head was below my body..So we rotated it in an attempt to keep my wife happy and maybe more comfortable and to get my head level. And within a week, the bed entirely collapsed at the feet, the end line of springs just rolled over and out.The wife is more miserable than before the new mattress and any comfort this bed had has been lost. I keep pushing the wonky springs end back into place to keep it looking normal, but this bed is DONE!It was such a promising start, but I would not recommend this mattress to anyone at any price. It’s just going to end up in a landfill. It lasted us about 2 months before problems arose, and those problems kept getting worse.Attempting a warranty claim, but not expecting much.UPDATE: Added video - checkout how the springs collapse with just a hand pushing on it.

This mattress is dreamy. So comfortable.

Picked this up during a prime day sale for an incredible price. We got the 10" twin, non pillowtop version for my girlfriend's daughter last year and its so comfy and she's been loving it. So I waited for a deal on this pillowtop version and when prime day rolled around I snatched it up!Just like the 10" twin we got last year, this one arrived in 2 days and got delivered early in the morning around 7am.After unpacking the mattress in the evening we had our first nights sleep on it around 4 hours later. As per the instructions, you can in fact sleep on it shortly after unpacking but could take up to 72 hours to fully expand. I measured it after 3 days and sure enough it fully expanded to 12 inches as advertised.The first nights sleep was really comfortable, although my back did start feeling a little sore as I fell asleep. I'm guessing it was just my body adjusting to going from a Firm mattress to a much softer pillowtop mattress. I still had a great nights sleep and didn't have any back pain in the morning.I sleep on my side most nights, and with my old firm mattress I would almost always be sore in the morning and often have a lot of pain in my ribcage. Been using this new mattress for a week now and I wake up every morning pain free!The king mattress itself is very heavy, but still manageable by one person. However, you will definitely need help if you are trying to take it up a flight of stairs, and be sure not to unpack it until you have it in the bedroom and you're ready to put it on the bed.
