I am allergic to soy and soybeans. I had no idea Nattokinase was soybeans......my stupidity. I took the first dose without looking at the label. My stomach blew up. Sadly this was not the product for me.

I was really hoping this would boost my metabolism more, but I am not sure it did that. I do still appreciate the quality ingredients and the ease of use into my regiment. The other health benefits seems good and the value is a good one. I can't taste them so that is also a plus.
