Just remember it's not intended for that so yeah we had one burst on us in the tube so yeah to what it was made for

Some states have limits on the amount of pepper spray you may carry. IE, California's limit is 2.5 oz, so this item is over the limit for California. Most states do not. Google the pepper spray laws for your state. OR, next time you ask this same question add your state of residence.

It is an O.C grenade, but there is not a pin to pull. You engage the top by pressing down and up then it activates. If its a 4oz grenade you will have a nasty discharge for about 10 to 20 seconds in which will expel the entire 4oz canister. Works great for any indoor environment or a car/suv.

Could be your state? Try the Sabre, smaller with better valves. Fox is a big can but not many more usable shots. The sloppy valve dribbled the stuff all over my hand which wasn't too pleasant.
