My wife always enjoys this brand for women’s health products. My wife likes the taste, the fact that they're vegan, and takes them for keeping mood swings to a minimum.

I like this formulation. It appears to be calming my period, although still not fun to be going through perimenopause. the container is very pretty.

I was hoping for so much more from these after reading reviews. I am a 45-year-old mama and I have been experiencing horrible perimenopause symptoms: night sweats, hot flashes, headaches, moodiness, etc. I tried these for about a week or so and haven’t felt any difference. Still having night sweats. I found a few other options though that are finally helping, thankfully.
