I'm satisfied with the bike, especially the size overall.
This bike is a pretty good value overall. I'm around 5'9 1/2" and the size is about optimal, with about a 22 1/8" top tube. With an aluminum frame, it weighs in at 28.4lbs without the pegs. Other pros & cons are: The 36/16 sprockets' gear ratio is very good at 2.25/1 with a crisp sounding freewheel. The tires are very grippy on pavement, but are heavy and bouncy until they get adequate air. Between the tires and the frame geometry, the bike handles exceptionally well. The linear pull rear brake has good engagement, but the lever is flimsy plastic and the adjustment screw in the lever slips. I found replacement Stay Strong brake levers for $5/each, which are excellent and will match when I add a front brake. I'm adding a Tektro 900a caliper which is set up for the 89mm offset this bike has in front. The seat is fairly soft and is comfortable. I'm also adding a purple quick release clamp for the seat post which I found for $9 and a pair of purple aluminum pedals for $30 which will add to it's aesthetics. I enjoy the bike and I think it provides a comfortable riding posture for those who just want to cruise around town. Others like the way it looks, and I get compliments for it.
