Probably ok but made me jittery.
I am pretty sensitive to medications. Caffeine doesn’t affect me at all though. These gummies made me feel like some meds have in the past. I only took one. Jittery, clenching my jaw, shaky. I’m not saying anything bad about them, I am sure this is a great product. I just wanted to let other people know in case they have sensitivities similar to mine. Also found it great that there really isn’t too much of a taste.
