It tastes really good. I bought the 2PK because a comment I read said that the single bottle comes dry and crusty, he said to buy the 2PK because it would come soft and moist. So I bought the 2PK, and it came soft and moist. The first time I tried it at 7PM it made me sleepy within an hour. (I was very tired that day). It works really well. But it made my stools smell bad like, ammonia . I've stopped taking this and my stools doesn't smell like that anymore.

It’s been about 3 weeks or so since I started this and within the last two days I’ve noticed such a drastic difference in how my brain reacts and processes to stressors. I used to post-analyze conversations to the point that I’d give myself crippling anxiety for days afterwards thinking about every little thing I said and did and if it was the right or wrong thing to say- that has almost disappeared, I can still recognize that feeling of uncertainty but it’s a lot easier to brush off and say “well, all you can do is your best”. The other big thing is I used to feel really explosive and easily reactive to my kids when they would try and get a rise out of me (which they did and knowing they could they’d keep doing it) and I have now gone 2 days without yelling or feeling myself wanting to rise to their bait which has in turn made their antics less amusing for them and it’s almost cut in half. Because we’re not doing this back and forth constantly, I feel like I’m a happier more present parent (and less angrily reactive) and in turn my kids are much happier for it. I was starting to think it was totally bogus for the first 2 weeks or so but figured I’d at least take them until I ran out and I’m glad I did. (I’m sure I missed the two gummy a day dose here and there and after some further reading, doing it rigidly every single day may not be the best anyways so I was not on some strict regimen)

2 months in and I am sleeping better and feeling good. Also fewer night sweats even in this heatwave. Nice to eat, bit like wine gums

Now, normally anything classed as 'supplement' I treat with the utmost suspicion. The whole health food industry is rife with snake-oil. This does however offer me some benefits. Stress and anxiety can play havoc with my sleep patterns and this does seem to help in getting over and staying over. I don't take it regularly, just when I feel the need, so yeah - it works for me and may work for you. Just don't expect miracles!
