Best product
Earlier I have had fast pulse rate and several times tachycardia and other issues but after taking it I feel best, people like me who take antacids have a lack of magnesium and nitric oxide and both the chemicals have a vital role to maintain heart and all over health, first of all start taking it at bed time and then slowly try to quit the habit of antacids, these antacids especially proton pump inhibitors have a negative impact on heart, along with this product one must take nitric oxide with the prescription of doctor, this product deserve 5 stars

Excellent for sleep and muscle recovery.
I love the product. Day 1 I consumed a full tablet (220 mg). I experienced the deepest, longest, and most relaxing sleep. Even the alarm didn't wake me up! I woke up refreshed. I now only consume half a tablet at 5:30 PM as that is sufficient for me. I'm asleep by 10 PM! Additionally, my muscles recover better after a workout. Past injuries don't hurt as much.

Dangerously high level of magnesium, please do not use and rusk your life
2000mg of a magnesium supplement, even if it provides 440mg of elemental magnesium, is not within the recommended limits for adults. The tolerable upper intake level (UL) for supplemental magnesium is 350mg per day. While 440mg of elemental magnesium per day might be safe for some individuals, it's generally advised to consult with a healthcare professional before taking such a high dose, especially when the total magnesium intake (from food and supplements) is also considered.Explanation:Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL): The UL is the maximum amount of a nutrient that can be consumed daily without the risk of adverse health effects, according to the National Institutes of Health.Magnesium from food: There's no upper limit for magnesium intake from food sources.Magnesium from supplements: The UL for supplemental magnesium is 350mg per day for adults.Elemental Magnesium: The "elemental magnesium" refers to the actual amount of magnesium within the supplement, which can vary depending on the compound.Potential Side Effects: High doses of magnesium supplements can cause gastrointestinal side effects like diarrhea, nausea, and cramping. In very large amounts, magnesium can cause serious side effects like irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure, and even coma.In summary, while 440mg of elemental magnesium might be considered safe for some, the 2000mg supplement is exceeding the recommended upper limit for supplemental magnesium intake, and it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before taking such a high dose, according to WebMD.

Good quality no sugar coating
Tablets and box are good. No smells. Tablets taste a bit bitter but it means not sugar coating which is a good thing in my books
