Awesome GPS Tracker!
I'm extremely pleased with the Tractive 6 Dog tracking device! It's small enough to fit on my Ruby's collar and comfortable for her to wear. Battery life is excellent and charges with a USB-C cable. Information on my dog's health, heart rate, sleeping time and barking is really cool. The App is very easy to use and shows the exact location of my dog. You do need to purchased a subscription, but it's definitely worth it.

Lead me straight to my escaped dog!
First time use tonight, and Tracktive works great. It alerted me that one of my dogs had jumped our fence, showed me exactly where she was, updated in real time, and led me straight to her. What could have been hours of searching or a total disaster was resolved in 15 minutes. This model is the right size for my 60-75 lb dogs. I tried the XL first, which says it's for dogs 50 libs+, but it was far too very large and heavy for my (pretty big) dogs. This model is comfortable for them to wear around the clock, recharges quickly, and the battery lasts at least two weeks. I'm very happy with this and highly recommend if your dogs like to lead the occasional life of crime.

A must for those with dogs who like to explore
Great product so far after a few weeks of use. I liked the pricing of the unit and the subscription. The product's casing seems to be pretty delicate though so you may want to opt for the replacement plan if your dog plays rough. Mine already has some scratches from my dog running around. GPS speed and accuracy have worked pretty fast, and I've already gotten to test it out twice thanks to my dog being a chronic escape artist.

DEALBREAKER! NO PHONE SUPPORT! NOT EVEN A STUPID AI BOT.
UPDATE: TRACKER SHOWING PET IS IN HOME ZONE. IN ANOTHER NEIGHBORHOOD. SHE IS RIGHT HERE WITH ME. This gadget is worse than useless. I am returning, and purchasing a different brand.I am infuriated. They make a product for protecting pets, but this company doesn't seem to understand how important it is to people.(Like the investors who have bought up and stripped down all the veterinary practices.) My dog was rescued from horrific conditions. I adopted her and have been working hard to keep her safe, well-fed, and treated like a family member. She's my companion and protector and I am hers. A week or so ago she figured out how to escape the gate and went on quite an excursion through the neighborhood. I had an Apple AirTag on her collar, from my deceased 16-year-old dog which was enough. But AirTags don't show in the FindMy app when on the move. Apple made this a feature to make stalking people more difficult, i.e. putting one in the target's car and following. (Not really that helpful because AirTags need to ping off other iPhones. This is a young, strong, very active dog. After chasing her for an hour in 90º heat, I got a call from someone whom she had approached. (Putting one's phone number on the collar in big numbers is the best when you have a pet who likes people and is very excited to meet strangers. I went straight to Amazon to find a GPS Tracker. I read some reviews and picked this one. It arrived in about a week. I set it up yesterday. Today, she escaped again. I normally don't write reviews until I have a lot of experience with a purchase, and maybe this tracker could have turned out to be excellent. I live on a half acre. Apparently that's too small to create a geofence, Maybe there's a way to alter it. But I was out looking for her while the app was telling me she's safe at home. I spotted her in my next door neighbor's heavily wooded yard. Then the next yard and the next. The homeowner was just getting home and got out of the car to pick up her mail. I yelled. She spotted my dog and spoke in a friendly way, causing the dog to come to her. (Luckily she likes dogs.) However, this is not what I signed up for. There is no way except email to contact this company. Fine for most electronic gadgets, but unacceptable to find a lost pet who is in danger of getting hit by a car. I still don't know if there is a way to draw the geofence accurately. Maybe there is. But I couldn't find out it during an emergency.

Love this tracker
I’ve been using Tractive for about a month now and I love it! I’ve recommended it to all my friends with pets. Piper wears it all the time, it’s a good size as it just clips on her collar. The battery life is better than I expected. The tracker has great signal strength in my opinion. I set a virtual fence around my house and when we go on car rides it only takes a minute or two before it alerts me she’s out of the safe zone. I wish the safe zone was more customizable and could be smaller than 300 ft but that’s really the only complaint I have. Great value for the money and provides me peace of mind. I also love being able to see her health stats that it tracks.

Ehhhh
It works decently well when I’m in the close vicinity of my dog. However, the battery life is not great on it and usually lasts less than two days. I’ve also had a lot of problems with the Bluetooth on this device connecting to my phone even when in range. The price is great however I may look into a different brand at some point.

Peace of mind and so much more!
Happy with our Tractive trackers so far! Bought 2 for 2 of our dogs and I like the daily activity reporting, as well as being able to tell where they are when we are hiking off leash. Great to have peace of mind to be able to track them down if needed. The trackers seem to consistently hold a charge for ~10 days based on my dogs activity levels and I like that I get a low battery reminder to charge them when it's below 20%. Super easy to set up power saving zones when traveling and visiting friends houses as well. Overall very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend!
