This is decent stuff.
I’ve been taking this for a week now and I didn’t expect it to work so quickly. The first night? I slept like a baby. The quality of my sleep is amazing and I wake up refreshed every time I have this in my system. My bathroom breaks are smoother and my mood is great now. I’m a grouch but with this? For some reason I’m more at ease and I’m even motivated to be more productive. I don’t know how this works but the history is true. I’ll be taking this for as long as I live. It works !

Effective- somewhat pricey
Noticed a definite increase in energy and wellbeing taking 2/day. I believe I developed a tolerance so I will cycle 3 weeks on/1 week off. No side effects at all. I would rate this as superior to ginseng but also more costly at $18/month, deducted a star for price, not sure if I will continue to take. I have not tried any shilajit resin yet.
