Do these have enough dexterity to bath and groom a cat?

No. They are too thick for that. This is mostly suited for arm and hand protection.

My palm measure less than 3.5 inches? Which pair is more suitable for cat bathing & ladies? Does the length come shorter than 23.4 inches?

I went with the smallest size & made the best of it. The length does not change… at least not when I ordered… fold the tops down.

How true to size are these? I wear a n mmh medium cleaning glove. My palm is 3.4in wide. I’m concerned though that the larger size will swallow me.
