The media could not be loaded. How very odd that some people refer to how good the camera is. It doesn’t have one!!!! Clearly proof there are some false reviews hereHowever, my review is positive and true. It is a game changer for me and my medium size dog. I work shift work and sometimes miss my dogs feeding time. So this device works very well when I am out. Set the schedule, set the number of portions, fill up the storage bin. Review the schedule log after the event to see that the feed has been done. Job done.

Excellent product, works perfectly.Can set the time for the machine to give food to your pet or you can do it straight from the app. See through bowl so you can see when food needs topping up.Easy to use app, straight forward with clear instructions and easy to set up the machine.The only thing that I will advise people is that the feeding bowl can fit around 3 kg of food.The customer service is excellent from start to finish with updates in regards with the parcel and help if needed.I will definitely recommend the product and the seller.

Good machine, good capacity of container. Customisable feeding times and amounts. I took 1 star off due to the power options. It is supposed to be plugged in and secured to a wall. Problems are, i do not fancy drilling and sticking it but if you don’t, you have the risks of, depending on the size of your dog, them tipping it and or them chewing the cable. The battery option is only as a back up, if you choose to use batteries only, it will last only 3 days, so that’s a money pit.

Took a while to work out the timings. Once sorted it works well. Just need to make sure the lid is on well if you have a cat burglar like mine!

I bought this pet feeder expecting a reliable product, but it’s been a total disappointment. First, the build quality is awful. The plastic is cheap and flimsy, and the lid doesn’t stay closed. My pet easily knocked it over and got into the food, which defeats the purpose of an “automatic” feeder.Second, the reviews for this product are incredibly misleading. Many claimed this feeder comes with a camera, which was one of the reasons I bought it—but it doesn’t! There’s no camera or way to monitor my pet remotely, making me feel completely duped.If you’re considering this based on the positive reviews, don’t. This product is poorly made and not at all what it’s advertised to be.
