Many customers said they only received a 12-capsule bottle. What’s up with that?

Thank you for your question. We understand the concern. As you will note, those complaints are from over a year ago and were due to errors at Amazon's end. Amazon fulfills our products for us and they kept mistakenly shipping customers 12-count bottles instead of 100-count bottles. (You can also see this fact in the photos the customers posted - they show 12-count bottles.) We decided to no longer sell the 12-count bottle on Amazon and have all leftover 12-count inventory shipped back to us. Since then there have been no more issues.
