Using in combination with calcium and daily strain from exercise. Noticable improvement in wrist size and it may have solved my knee and wrist pain.

Overall, haven't noticed much of a difference, but my boyfriend takes this for maintenance so wasn't expecting much. Seems like a good quality supplement. No GI upset or other symptoms to note. Made in USA, and the addition of collagen and MSM is a huge plus.Please be mindful if you have a shellfish allergy like me, likely shouldn’t take these.

Couldn't take them
Capsules are large but somewhat easy to swallow. Recommended dose is 4 capsules. Caused upset stomach, couldn't take them. It may not happen for someone with a stronger stomach.
