Has worked very well to glue soles back to the Chuck Taylor high tops. We needed to glue the entire sole to both shoes, at different times, so we needed more than the two rubber bands provided. Dollar Tree hair bands, which are nearly too stiff to use for hair, were great to augment the support all the way up the shoe.The toluene helps remove the glue if you want to keep the included brush. It doesn’t wash clean with water, as the directions imply. But the glue is a great consistency to work with—thin enough to pour if you have a lot of area to cover, and easy to spread with the brush into tighter places; easy to keep where you want it and off of where you don’t.

Amazing product, works as promised. Smell wasn’t noticeable to me. Comes with very detailed directions and tools - brush, file, bands etc. to do the job. I repaired my new Hokas that I purchased as new maybe they were 2nds or imperfect either way this glue worked and it’s been 2 weeks and the rubber at the toe hasn’t budged. The durability of this glue is spot on.

It's okay does not dry quickly and please use outdoor or wherever you have very good ventilation it gave me a bad headache and I was outside when I put it on the shoe's.

I will gladly give this producta great review. My new shoes was made a little cheap, but they are only house shoes and this product saved the day. You won't go wrong with this product.

6 days an counting.... i'm a labor for the city of detroit. I've used this glue.All my danner boots. And they're holding up very well. I've exposed them to extreme cold, salt, slush and water. And the glue still holes. I can't ask for anything better.

Application of the glue worked well. The bond seemed to be good initially. Followed the directions to the letter, and allowed the glue to set for 72 hours before use. All seemed to be well until the shoes were worn again. Light dew on grass was all it took for the glue to begin to fail. This is not a waterproof product and not what I would call ‘heavy duty’.
