I received a broken piece. The box was in really bad shape. When I contacted the company, they offered several solutions to make it right. I was initially going to leave a bad review, but they were very helpful in making this a satisfactory purchase. It took a while to put together, so even though I put it together alone, even the top piece, I do not recommend it. It's a good, solid piece of furniture, and it looks really nice. It is very large too, so I recommend double checking your measurments in your space. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and the resolution to my issues.

This is a heavy, sturdy piece of furniture. Assembly took a little while. I do wish you could turn off the lights seperately from the fire place but not a deal breaker. It holds our 75" TV just fine. Puts out a decent amount of heat for those chilly mornings.

Outstanding product. The cabinet is sturdy,pieces fit perfectly together and it's very beautiful. Adds so much to our living room. Fireplace is delightful.

So far so good. It is an amazing and beautiful addition to my livingroom.My rating is due to the time it took to assemble. It did take several hours to put together. The directions state you only need a Phillips screwdriver, however with as many pieces, your hands will fall off. I suggest power drill with the screw head on it. But all in all very sturdy.The heat works pretty well, however the blower motor is not quiet. It's not extremely loud but noticeable. But after a bit, you can tune it out.The only issue I have had so far and I will be watching and update the review if it changes, is I hit the power button on the remote once and it went on and back off again. I had to wait about a min. Before it would come back on. User error or problem? We shall see.

Time consuming to assemble, sturdy yet we both work. It’s absolutely beautiful when done. Fireplace is much bigger than I expected. Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. It takes time and patience to put together. Prepare yourself for a full day...but the end result is stunning! Well worth it.

It came in a thousand pieces, but a great touch to my newly decorated living room. Love ,love, love. There was problem with led lights in cabinet, but you don’t need it being that the fire place lights up.

We love this for our basement. It makes a cold sitting area warm and cozy. Very nice for the price point.It’s good quality and wasn’t too difficult to put together. Easy to use and gives off a lot of heat.
