I LOVE this corn free bread!
I started my Keto journey a couple months ago. Since then, I've been hunting for Keto alternatives to some of my favorite foods. This is my FAVORITE Keto corn free bread. I really can’t believe I would love it as much as I do but it’s among my favorite Keto foods. It’s a little high in calories but with only 1 net carb I couldn’t be happier. It's a little on the expensive side too but most Keto alternatives are so it's to be expected. I'm still new to keto so I haven't done a ton of research on the ingredients but I think they also hit all the marks. I can pronounce all the ingredients which is always the first thing I look at. I'd definitely buy again. It kept well for a couple days. I haven’t tried to freeze it yet because I admit I finished it off over a few days. It was almost like a dessert for me – very moist and tasty. It sort of reminded me of banana bread. I’m not sure why but it was definitely moist compared to “real” corn bread I typically make. Remember this is keto corn free bread so it's not going to be the exact same as typical corn bread but in my opinion, I like this better.

Goodees are Goodness!!!
I eat keto and Goodees is my "go-to" for baked goods. I can count on the good taste and that they will not impact my blood sugar. I use the packages as stated on them or make waffles with them. I throw in other ingredients as well. You can't mess these up. They are easy, taste like real carbs, and are yummy!

Great substitute for cornbread
We bought this cornbread a few times now. Very good texture and look of cornbread. Yes, may not taste exactly like cornbread, but it has no corn so there you go. Love the flavor though and really like we can eat on this one box for a couple of meals. Only two in the house doing Keto. We like the substitute because it’s clean keto and we don’t feel bad eating it. Great product. Just wish the price was lower.

Not the same as cornbread, but Yummy!
This cornbread mix is between cornbread and a light fluffy cake. It doesn't get crispy on the outside, like cornbread does. Follow the instructions and use some oil or butter to grease your pan. We made the cornbread in a buttered stainless steel cake pan the first time, which turned out fine and worked better than a cast iron skillet for this keto mix. We have since made batches in muffin tins lined with butter or spray oil in hopes muffins would turn out to have more crisp. Very little difference, but we prefer muffins for portion control and easy storage for grab 'n go meals through the week. They also cook up in a little less time. Suggestion: Be sure to pre-grease your pan or muffin tins. Check for doneness 5-8 minutes sooner than the pkg. instructions, since muffins don't require as long a cooking time. Set the muffin tins out on a rack to cool; then once cool, gently pull the muffins away from the sides and lift them out. They come out fairly easily if you approach it this way. I don't like using paper cupcake liners, bc a lot of the muffin sticks to the paper. *Note: this cornbread mix has a slight hint of "sweetness". Most cornbread I've had north of the southern states is a sweet bread. The southern states most commonly make a salty, savory, or spicy bread. This mix can be modified to be more savory. I add some sour cream, chopped chives, finely chopped onion, shredded extra sharp cheddar, and a bit of cayenne pepper to taste. The only thing it lacks is a crispy outside. Maybe I'll try cooking it like fried flatbread in a skillet on the stove top next time. 🤔After trying the cornbread and loving it, we tried the biscuit mix. I have to say that we couldn't tell much difference, if any, between the biscuit and the cornbread mix. Both have the same great flavor and texture. With real butter, it is simply divine, but we recommend trying it with a little drizzle of keto monk fruit maple syrup for a sweeter treat! For keto at 3 net carbs per serving, it's the next best thing in our opinion. If you are on the fence about it, I say absolutely TRY IT. It's definitely worth it; and if you don't love it, you don't have to ever buy it again. I only wish they would sell in bulk at discounted pricing. The price point is very high for the amount you get. With a family of 5 gluten-free, keto, and sugar-free, it can only be a treat for us once every two weeks at best. I would buy it by the case, if it was available in bulk at a reasonable price. This review has been updated as of Apr2023.

Very tasty!!
This was very tasty!!! We made it in a muffin pan so it would be perfectly portioned. We also wanted to freeze the extras and thought that an individual muffin would hold up better than cut bread. The muffins turned out great!

Is as described but too expensive
This is a reasonable product. It mixes, cooks, and works as described. The taste is as one would expect fromthese ingredients. The reason for three stars is because this miserable little package only makes six small muffins and it costs more than 13 dollars. That is more than two dollars a muffin. If this package was selling for six dollars it would be a 5 star product. Eight dollars maybe a 4 star product.

Oh my goodness!! SO GOOD!
Finally a cornbread that I can be thankful for. I'm on Keto and I love making greens. It's imperative that I have cornbread with my greens every time. This came out so good and delicious. I did tweak it just a little bit. I added 2 tablespoons of monkfruit sweetener to my cornbread mix and 3 tablespoons of sour cream to the liquid mix. I beat the eggs, ACV, melted butter and sour cream together until completely smooth then added it to the dry mix. I cooked mine on 315 since I put it in a cast iron skillet since it was my first time. I coated my skillet with melted butter before cooking. I let it cook for about 23-25 minutes eyeing it carefully. My whole family loved this! It smelled so good and was so easy to make. Wasn't overly sweet either even with my 2tbsp of monkfruit sweetener. I will just continue using this brand. Now I can enjoy Thanksgiving and continue my weight loss journey

Yuck
The pancake mix is quite good but this non- cornbread mix is disgusting. It does not taste anything like cornbread but what makes it disgusting is the aftertaste- it’s like it absorbs into your tongue and takes a long time to go away. It must be the Stevia extract since it is not in the pancake mix. I use Stevia but this extract seems to something entirely different & repulsive. Do not buy this mix.
