This product was to good to be true. Does anyone find the roller actually hurts to use on your neck rolling?. The rollers are mot soft. They're hard and I feel it hurts my skin

Wow! this is a new thing, i never heard of eye cream with vibrating applicator before, so i was curious and when i got it, i tried it and it's so good! It feels like the eye cream goes deeper to my skin with the vibrating and red therapy applicator (it's the cap of the container) which I like. I dont know i can replace the battery or not, but i think it should at least last until i use up all the cream. So far so good!
