It was hard to assemble this product, but I’m really happy with the outcome and I actually wind up sleeping with my daughter on the bottom almost every night

The wood is thin, and doesn't feel very sturdy. But it holds up. Wood chips on the sides, and dents easy. Was simple to put together. Kids love it!

We bought two of these beds for our teen daughters' shared room to give them extra space.Pros:Bed height was perfect and allowed enough space to sit up under the bed at the desk and on the top on the actual bed leaving enough heads pace.Cons:1. Wood is NOT sturdy. We were careful to not over tight the screws and still the screws from the stair case and the book shelf popped out when we very carefully moved the bed after assembly. I am really concerned that more screws will pop out as the wood does not seem solid enough to securely grip the screws.2. Multiple pieces in both bed sets arrived damaged and scratched. I did contact Amazon and Amazon did assist me with a partial refund. While the refund was not equal to the damage Amazon did attempt to make it right.3. The bed states that it can hold up to 400 ibs however I would be extremely nervous allowing anyone who weighs more than 150 on the top bunk.Overall I would not recommend this bed especially for older kids/teens. Assembly was a nightmare but we expected that so no issues or surprises there.

Awesome! My 12 year old loves this addition to her room! Gave her extra space and a desk below for homework and other various activities. Lengthy installation that can be done with normal hand tools and a little experience.

Took my three days and two nights I was determined to build this. As long as it took I feel like it was worth it I love it I use it every day I’m an adult 22 so it’s not just for kids. I bought it for foot storage. My friends get on it when they’re over and I have no issues with it bending or breaking. Only issue was them instructions. You need a lot of patience to build this thing. Do not mix up the screws or some will get stuck. Holes do not come predrilled. You will need a screw driver or a heavy hand. Do not use a drill for the Allen key screws they do strip easily. If you do be very careful.

I have 3 boys and my boys love this bunk bed must warn you the slide is loud sounding other than that it works perfect for us

I was originally going to buy this bed on Wayfair and found it on Amazon for $300 less and I’m glad I didn’t pay more for this bed. I also wish I would have paid for installation. It took me almost 7 hours to put together. The instructions are terrible. At one point I had to undo some of what I had already assembled because I had parts upside down. Also, I was missing some parts at the end but Amazon was quick to make it right by compensating me for sourcing the bolts locally. As far as quality goes, the wood seems decent for now. The bed is not as sturdy as I would have liked but I plan to anchor it to the wall which should help. Lastly, there are no covers at all for the bolts and there are many that are exposed which is not very appealing aesthetically. I ended up buying some covers on Amazon which was a huge improvement and I would highly recommend it. Overall my daughter loves the bed. Let’s hope it holds up.
