Smeg Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine (White)

Blurred out my reflection 🤣Yall…this machine is my baby. Yes, it’s an absolute bank-breaker, but it’s basically an investment cuz you’ll never buy coffee outside ever again. (I use Abott whole coffee beans for better-than-cafe tasting espresso and lattes). Aside from how gorgeous it is, it’s very heavy duty, and you can customize your grind size, grind time, and brew time for single and double espresso shots. It’s very beginner friendly and easy to figure out with some YouTube videos, and the coffee is too good.

Very disappointed with the machine operational/electrical specifications. grinder doesn't work.

I was so excited for this machine and did so much research on functionality and reviews. I would not buy this item again because the grinder is terrible. I’ve tried various high quality beans that have very little oil and they still always jam in the grinder.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to love this machine as I took plenty of time to research not just the quality of machine it also the company. They are known for the quality of material craftsmanship and fair work labor laws.Unfortunately the machine was a lemon straight out of the box. I looked up several videos and how to troubleshoot and possibly fix the issues I reached out their customer service and and no response. Very disappointingThe two buttons never stopped blinking. Once I was able to get some water out for a shot of it also dripped from steam wand.

First espresso machine for me.Expectations were low going in.What I have made so far has been good!

Delivered on Jan-19, stopped working on Jan-24. Coffee cup buttons flash intermittently. Manual says nothing.
