Very poor service from Amazon return policy. The product didn't work properly. Already placed request for return on same day. But no service provided from Amazon. Didn't expect from Amazon. Very very disappointed with Amazon services.

good for pain when in use
This product is good till its in use but we can not use it continuously for 24 hours and hence it does not eliminate the need of pain killer/dolo/medicine in case of pain during period.One more concern was with the auto switch off every 15 min. It should be good if we get option to change the timing for auto switch off.
