100/10 definitely works! Had little expectations on this but definitely gets the job done.. recommend if your going to wear heels for a good amount of time

Spray did not work , i decided to use for a girls night out and feet was hurting literally before left out the house i kept spraying thinking i didn’t spray enough but still did not work
