It doesn't work. It doesn't have a SIM card slot. You have to crack open the top to find where to put the SIM card. Even after I did it still wouldn't register to the shady app that warns you it might cause harm to your phone. Don't buy anything from this seller. I would give it a negative 5 stars for this and the seller who sold this trash to people.

This was trash. There was nowhere to put Sim card. App was not a normal download everything was in Chinese and my phone would not allow the download no matter if I override it. Says it's too harmful to download. There weren't any real instructions on how to use just a qr code to download app.

First, didn’t notice a SIM card was needed until I got the package with very vague instructions. Purchased SIM card, activated card and installed card—after I spent time figuring out how to install the card.Kept trying to get the app to work and kept getting the same error over and over again— No SIM Card found. Tried for several hours and nothing. Very big waste of time and money!!!!

I was going to use this for security on my ebike. Instructions are worthless, and there is no actual app for this. Bad purchase.

Unfortunately, I have the same experience as others...this product doesn't work. I was able to download app from Playstore and sign in. It is simple to insert a pre-paid data SIM, the same as for my 4G security cams. The light was red when charging, and went out. Blue light flashes with SIM inserted, but there is no connection between the device and the app.
