This has to be the cheapest and most rubbish thermal mug I’ve ever bought. It does NOT keep drinks hot. You can feel the warmth of the hot drink through the mug. The lid doesn’t seal it so obviously it leaks unless you keep it upright and still. It’s not very functional. Even cold drinks are useless because the lid won’t seal. The size is fine and design is good. The design is why I bought it actually. But this is a scam. It doesn’t work well as a travel mug. I couldn’t believe how hot the outside of it got when I made tea for it. It’s definitely NOT made for hot drinks. Or any liquid for that matter. If you buy this, be prepared to use it as a show piece rather than a functional thermal travel mug.

After a couple of uses, there's some strange grubby substance on the outside of the cup, no matter how much I wash or clean it, it won't come off. When the cup is wet and clean it's not there, but when it dries it shows up.

This cup is huge!! Much bigger than I thought it would be the green isn’t quite dark enough to be slytherin green but that’s just being picky!

Keeps drinks cold for the duration of drinking. The straw also fits snuggly in the lid which is nice. Print looks good and has stayed on during hand washing.
