Great Performance and Value - Highly Recommended
I'm very happy with the overall performance and value of my iBUYPOWER prebuilt PC. It runs smoothly across everything I’ve used it for, including gaming, multitasking, and general daily use. Game performance is excellent, and the system boots quickly thanks to the NVMe SSD.The PC arrived in nearly flawless condition. The only minor issue was a few barely noticeable scratches on the tempered glass side panel, purely cosmetic and hardly worth mentioning, but worth noting for completeness.Interestingly, the system came with a Valorant-themed aesthetic, which wasn’t advertised. I actually like the look, it adds a bit of personality to the build without being overdone. Everything else was exactly as advertised.I did encounter a small hiccup with Windows not being activated out of the box, but it was easily resolved through standard troubleshooting. The included keyboard and mouse were a pleasant surprise, much better quality than I expected for bundled peripherals. They’re perfectly usable for casual gaming. The motherboard includes 4 RAM slots, even though only one 16GB stick is installed. This makes upgrading to 32GB or dual-channel memory much easier down the line.Overall, this is a well-built, great-performing PC at a strong price point. Aside from some very minor cosmetic blemishes and a quick Windows setup fix, everything met or exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable mid-range gaming desktop.

Perfect mid-range gaming PC
FYI this comes with an Asus motherboard which isn't listed in the description. I had an initial issue when connecting the data port cable to the GPU which wasn't transmitting to my monitor, I called IBUYPOWERs customer service and they instructed me to disable the motherboard display through the device manager which fixed the issue. Other than that I am getting solid performance and high frame rates at 1440p on Ultra settings. This also does come with a wifi adapter and built in Bluetooth which is also not listed in the description.Very solid PC at a great price which I purchased during the Prime Day Deals event.

Nice Fast PC - Finally found the Windows 10 Product Key & Activated !
Very nice PC for the money! Fast processor and excellent Nvidia graphics card. Very quiet fan operation. Plenty of fast USB3 ports, front and back. Cool looks.Mine came with Windows 10 pre-installed and fully functional, but no Windows 10 "activation code". So at first it seems that Windows 10 cannot be activated properly on this machine. I noticed that there is no Windows 10 documentation anywhere in the paperwork that came with my PC. When you go to the Microsoft web site to register it, it says the PC's serial number is not registered for Windows 10, and they send you to a site to pay $120 for a Windows 10 Home license. Also, a watermark is seen on the lower right corner of your screen telling you your Windows 10 is not activated. Lack of Windows activation has given me problems in getting Office 365 to work, since the machine is currently unlicensed according to Microsoft. The Amazon description claims it comes with Windows 10 Home - which is only partially true due to the above situation. In fact, it may be an un-licensed copy. Might have to buy that license at some point.EDIT : Found the Windows 10 Product key !! by opening PowerShell and typing this command :wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKeyand then pasting the long product key (make sure you write it down for future reference) into the PC Settings > Update>Activation window. All is good now !!EDIT 2 : I am looking for a memory upgrade, right now it comes with 8+8=16GB of DDR4 2666MHz 288pin ram. I plan to use two sticks of 32GB ram, for a total of 64GB. The memory I am looking at is : Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit (288pin) 64GB (32GBx2) CL16 BL2K32G32C16U4R (RED), or https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083TRRT1N/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1Hopefully that should work straight out of the box !

Used to be a good comany, no more.
zero starsiBUYPower does not honor their warranty on their products. I spent over two hours on the phone with them for what should have been a simple call. During the call, I inquired about the replacement part, but they told me they didn't have it in stock. When I asked about my warranty status, they claimed I was out of warranty, even though I clearly had a warranty claim in their system that was accepted. The agent's explanations were confusing and unhelpful, as they kept making excuses for why a motherboard that fell apart isn't covered under warranty.Even though I submitted my claim on time, they didn't have the replacement part available. They claimed the right to send an inferior part, but I would have to prepay for it. Alternatively, I could send in my motherboard for review, and the department that already denied my warranty claim—without any clear explanation—would then assess my motherboard to decide if they would change their minds. It was obvious they had already made up their minds before even inspecting the motherboard. This interaction with Phillip from iBUYPower was bizarre and frustrating. I was the customer harmed by a motherboard that literally fell apart, yet somehow, I was made to feel like the bad guy. It's a shame because I like their systems, but I will not be a customer again. Computers are not only expensive parts-wise—especially motherboards, which take about four hours to swap out, and they don't cover the labor cost. If they aren't even willing to honor their warranty on their parts, then it's not worth using them. They used to be a good company, but my experience has left me disappointed.
