Easy set up, easy to operate!
Fast delivery, set up took about 2 hours to put together and plant one half of the garden. I waited a month and planted the top half to stagger my growing. Took about an hour to plant the top half but only because I couldn’t decide what to plant! I’ve had this up and running since early February and I’m harvesting lettuce daily for a salad or sandwich on the bottom half and should be able to start harvesting from the top row in 2-3 weeks. It makes my green thumb happy to finally have a garden again! No more buying lettuce at the grocery store that just rots before I can get it home!

One pump did not work
One of the pumps did not work in the unit. Thankfully I was able to insert an air-stone and salvage the unit. Good buy otherwise.

Works great!!
Perfect for indoor gardening! This hydroponic system is easy to grow—it comes with grow sponges, basket labels, plant food, and small tweezers~~I started with lettuce, which grew well, and I’m looking forward to seeing herbs soon. The light’s height is adjustable, making it very versatile. The pump is super quiet—you hardly know it’s running. Excellent!♥️Dryades offers an awesome product!!

Defective part how do I contact customer service?
During set up a tiny pin hole was discovered in the drain plug causing it to leak. I’ve tried locating contact info for customer service to no avail to get a replacement plug. I don’t want to return it over this, seems like a nice unit but it can’t be used if it’s leaking water all over. Anyone know how to contact dryades?

Doesn't take up a lot of space!
So far, so good! I've got tomato plants, pepper plants, and eggplant plants all growing.

The future of fresh kitchen greens!
Huge system. Probably too large for most counter tops. In my case they are in a basement room. These look the same as the smaller counertop ones, but check the dimensions. Large enough to grow a couple (2-3) tomato plants or literally dozens of lettuce, kale, green onion, etc.Overall good. Consumables are interchangeable with grow media I already have from my other systems. Same for nutrients -- use any brand you like. The hardest part is remembering what you planted where (I don't use the labels, just draw a picture in my notebook).

Works well but expensive
At full price I would say this hydroponic set up is not worth it. When it is very on sale it is a decent set up. I got mine in December for approx 150$, I've been growing mostly spinach and I did grow a fair amount of purple bok choy as well. The lights are not quite tall enough for most plants, I would recommend sticking to greens, herbs and maybe micro dwarf tomatoes. I would love if you could purchase the stacking poles separately so you could add trellising to the top reservoir.Improvements I'd love to see are the lights having something mounting them into the base as pulling them to raise the lights is quite difficult, and a better way to drain the water, such as a tube already partially connected to the side. I used the drainage hole and it was a huge mess. I'd also really like a better way to reset the light timers, I know you can set it to sleep for 10 hours and then start up again, but that seems annoying as if I am using the 16 hour lights why would I give my plants 2 less hours of light to try and get it to the correct time I want them to start. And I'd like a thicker bottom for the reservoirs so the lights at full extension won't heat the water up on the top tiers killing all your plants. When the bottom tier lights are all the way up they can heat up the top tiers water and kill all your plants so be aware of that.Besides all that I do like the system, it grows rather well and has decent lights. I like the size of the water reservoir and the spread of holes. The nutrients work well and are similar to MasterBlend when you need to get more nutrients. Everything is compatible with Aerogarden pods and net cups which is great, and set up was a cinch.
