I’m a 50 year old man that has played all sports for the last 45 years and at one point was a professional athlete for a short time. I’ve had more surgeries than I can list and after having two discs fused and some titanium hardware put in my neck last year, I have been struggling to get back to where I was w/o serious pain in my rhomboids and traps. I was getting a massage once a week, but that wasn’t always convenient or cost friendly.I have only been using this for a day, but it has helped loosen the areas on my traps and upper back that I was not able to otherwise. I have only used it on the factory settings so far, but I definitely have not laid down for the four treatments. I have done to myself. It sticks to your back neck or wherever you put it as you walk around or do whatever you have to do. Granted it’s cumbersome so if you are planning on being out in public, it’s probably not going to work unless you are putting it on somewhere like your arm or legs that are exposed.DO NOT PUT THIS ANYWHERE YOUR KNEE. I have never had an issue w my knees in life. My IT band was tight and I put the cups on opposite sides of my knee for about 8 min total and it’s been days that I am still not able to walk.

I did cupping to address scar tissue after surgery. The cupping is not comfortable but I have regain most of the use of my arm after using it. However any pain from the cupping was minimal in comparison to the scar tissue. So effective for pain relief. It was easy to use too.

Much too powerful. And I always ask for deep tissue massage and more pressure. This on low level is crazy!

This is an early review. I tried the cupping device this morning for 10 minutes. Got acquainted with it and its features. I was nervous at first but I quickly got used to it. The remote control comes handy I highly recommend using it because once the device is on, you won’t be able to see the symbols on it anymore, the led light is too bright I can’t see with it on. I relied on the remote control.I still haven’t fully understood how temperatures work and the meaning of the white, blue, green or red lights mean but I got the basics. I place it on the clean area of my choice, press the power button on the remote control, press the “suction -“ or “suction - -“ button once, it begins to suction your skin (it was painful at first I was scared so I immediately hit the power button again to shut it off). I then used it on different areas with less pressure and it felt good.So while it’s on and doing the suction thing, you can easily adjust the suction pressure to lowest by pressing the “pressure relief” button once or twice or three times. This way you end up with minimal amount of skin pulled with no pain. Whenever I felt nervous I would simply press the power button or pressure relief button.Note: the instructions also says that we can use essential oils but ensure rubbing the oils into the skin well enough to no longer feeling oily or greasy. Don’t forget to attach the little rings like (filters) that came with it. These filters do absorb any oil particles or residue and prevent them from going inside the device and damaging it. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS YA’LL.

Instructions are subpar at best, complicated to use. Suction is good but a little too good to use for dragging for cupping. Heat is nice.

It gets the job done. I bought 2 since I use it at home and in my practice. good quality, battery life is great I charge it about every 3 to 4 days after use.
