I’m a HUGE fan of newest best friends, Ampoules. My aging skin is rough and requires a lot more than it used to. At least it also seems to become less sensitive, and can handle a lot more as well.If my skin isn’t relatively freshly exfoliated, it feels like it can’t absorb much. It’s just too dry and stubborn, like it’s always about to peel, but never does without force.I don’t exfoliate as often as I would like to, and it’s too often that just slapping on a serum & moisturizer before bed is a victory. Serums with these new ampoules are the only time I can feel product penetrating and absorbing (actually working).The only time I really feel any tingle is if I have recently exfoliated. This high speed cell turnover (caused by the little micro-injuries and repair) show the same results in 2-3 days that take any other serum 7-14 minimum. It really does make my skin noticeably glowier and quickly evens out my skin tone. I’d prefer 100% of my serums to contain these magical ampoules.

I am not a person that has used a lot of skin care. Now that I am 60, I'm noticing wrinkles and other conditions that I wish I didn't see. I had never heard of something like this because I've never spent money on skincare. The feeling is unique. The spicules give a sensation that you can't miss. It isn't unpleasant though - like a tingling. I feel like it is actually doing something. I put it on at night before bed, and then moisturize in the morning. I do not feel the need to wash it off first. (I'm hoping leaving it on actually helps.) I don't see an immediate change, but it feels good and I want to keep using it to see how it works over time.

I usually use Korean skincare producs, so I wanted to try this new experience with Spcules. Even though I was mentally prepared for the slight needle-like sensation, I was still a bit surprise when I atted it onto my skin. I used it two to three time for about two months, and my skin feels more hydrated and smoother. There is no sticky feeling, and the pop-up dispenser is very convenient to use.

When I ordered this Super Shot Ultra Ampoule 3x made by Arocell, I had no idea what I was getting, I just knew it was from S Korea and I've had great luck with skin care products from there.Now that it's here, I've read all the literature in the listing and I have to say, I'm slightly fascinated. One of the ingredients in this product is hydrolyzed sponge. Evidently this is also known as sponge spicules, which come from actual marine sponges. They are microscopic rods with pointy ends (needle like), that cause micro tears in the skin to open up pathways so that active ingredients can be absorbed deeper into the layers of the skin. The instructions say to pat this gel onto the face rather than rub it into the skin. I guess that is so the needles can be pointing in the right direction, LOL, when I applied this gel-like serum I noticed nothing except perhaps a little tingling.The other thing to notice about this ampoule is that it is ridiculously full of excellent ingredients for the skin. When I ran the formulation through an ingredient checker it came up with 27 "goodies", which is the most I've ever seen together in one product!! This super shot has 10 different kinds of peptides, eight different kinds of collagen, plus a whole host of other skin loving ingredients like niacinamide, ceramides, snail secretion filtrate and hyaluronic acid. If used on a regular basis, I don't see how this product could NOT improve somebody's skin.For me it's almost as important what this formulation does not contain. It has no fragrance, no silicones, no PEGs, or any of the other bad things that can be harmful to the environment or people.I have been using this once a day for only a week now and I can see that my skin is in love with this product. My pores are smaller, my skin looks healthy, plump and hydrated, and the rosacea that normally plagues my skin has calmed down quite a bit.This Super Shot Coltra Ampoule is currently selling for $38.69. All I have to do is look at the formulation to know that it's a deal, then I look in the mirror and think "I would have paid more for this!". This is one of those rare times where I actually wish I had more stars than five to give.

I have heard of Arocell before so when I saw this, I knew that I wanted to try it.BUT I wanted to know what the heck a spicule was. Apparently in skincare, these are tiny needle like particles made from all natural ingredients. Yeah that sounded painful but I had to try it cuz like most people out there, I am trying to fight the signs of aging. lolWell these were not as painful as I expected. Just remember to pat this on your skin, do not rub as I forgot for one second and it hurt more. Overall, I am hopeful that this will help as the science behind seems like it would work but then again what do I know? lolIt felt good and maybe it was my hopeful brain but everything after I put this on seemed to absorb better.Overall, pretty good product and if it really makes a huge difference in my skin, I will definitely come back and give this 5 stars in the future!Also, please remember that everyone's body chemistry is different and what works for me might not work for you and vice versa.

I was disappointed to see that, as far as I can tell, this company is NOT cruelty free, which is a must for me to support a company. Very disappointed, Arocell. You can do better.
