This was unexpected but it totally works! Has a cooling effect which could feel like burning but doesn't. After application, it actually relieves the itch right away. Used one time a day for 3 days after a shower and the discomfort I was having is gone.

As a female, we tend to get those unwelcome and unwanted visitors on the backside. This product does what it says, it does not burn. It provides relief for itching or pain. Although it does not take care of the actual hemorrhoids it does help with the pesky side effects. Definitely a good value product.

This is an effective product and has no scent. I wish the size were larger.

I recently had a hysterectomy, and can vouch that Megababe Butt Stuff + Thigh Rescue were life savers. I'm all about comfort and these items allowed my recovery from surgery to be as comfortable as possible. Use of Butt Stuff 2x a day for a few days kept discomfort to a minimum. Along with bringing relief as well as being wonderfully hydrating and soothing to sensitive skin. Believe me when I say a little goes a long way, so the product will be long lasting! This is a pricier item, but worth it if your a lifelong sufferer or like me, needed it to help make a recovery comfortable. Chose this product because it qualified for overnight delivery and I’m happy to say it works! I felt noticeable pain relief after half a day’s use.

I had terrible hemorrhoids - absolutely terrible. I could barely walk or move without being in terrible pain. I had to get them removed (banded by a doctor) three times, and each time it came back with a vengeance.This cream saved my life. Actually saved me.I put this on and it takes my pain AWAY. I am not a believer in cream or really anything helping remove these but this cream made them feel non existing.
