Invest the money
Worth every penny, was going to up my weight this week but thought I’d challenge myself and bought these instead.Would hazard a guess that they’ve pushed me back by 6 months, make it much harder to do the most basic of lifts. Recommend them for sure

Excellent!! Definitely makes a difference to my training. Have much better grip and control over the weights.

Good
Hate the stupid branding, makes it uncomfortable to hold it in certain positions.

Perfect product. Recommended.
Exactly what they look like. I wouldn't change a thing about them. Very solid, quality built product at a pretty good price, (compared to the more expensive 'FatGripz'). They arrived on time, and shortly after, I received a personalized message from the owner of the 'Beast Gear' business himself, asking if everything was alright with them and if I had any questions; very direct customer support. As an intermediate powerlifter and gym-rat, I can highly recommend these... especially when it comes to grip/forearm training. I have only trained with them a couple of times so far, but they are very grippy (rubberized surface), unlike some of the cheaper variants on Amazon that apparently aren't very grippy, and don't fit around bars well. This is not the case for 'Beast Grips'. They definitely increase forearm activation when doing wrist curls, and other forearm exercises. I also tried them on deadlifts... (emphasis on "tried"), I can usually (double overhand) grip anything up to about 150kg/330lbs, however with the 'Beast Grips' applied, I couldn't even (double overhand) grip 100kg/220lbs! Guess I'll have to start working my grip more now... fortunately, now I have the perfect product for that!I plan on using these occasionally on pressing movements too (especially bench, and OHP). Apparently thicker grips on pressing movements reduce joint stress, not sure if that's true, but they definitely make presses feel different... which could be beneficial for reducing the law of accommodation. We'll see...Anyway... definitely recommended for those who know what to do with them. I wouldn't recommend them for beginners because they're simply unnecessary. However, if you have been lifting for at least a few months, and you want to step up your grip game, or you simply want to introduce new stimulus on familiar lifts, give em' a try! They're only like £18 and they'll last for years, plus I think they'd be beneficial for bicep training too.

excellent alternative to Fat Gripz
Excellent alternatives to the famous fat gripz, I've got the original fat gripz for home use but needed some for the gym and took a gamble on these as their half the price and my word they are worth it. Easy to put on and take off.

Expensive & Still Undecided
Excellent and swift delivery. The Beast grips are very well made, but equally expensive. I primarily purchased to use on pull up bars. The gym that I use has 7 different pull up cross fit stations and the grips simply don't fit any of the pull up bars and therefore impossible to use on own body weight pull ups. However, I have found a number of free weight bars that the grips do fit that enable me to use for bicep curls. Certainly a lot more useful to isolate biceps with a much lower weight. I don't believe I've spent my money well hence the 3 stars. However, if this to be graded purely on customer service/experience then this would be a 4+ rating. Maybe after a couple of months using grips for the limited use of biceps I'll give a higher rating. An expensive purchase for a limited amount of use in the gym.

Well priced, very well made, get this one - from a v. picky person!
Chose these over other alternatives due to the great price and having bought (and constantly use) Beast Gear's skipping rope as well (really recommend those too). The build quality is great. I know on a lot of these reviews you wonder how much the reviewer knows about the alternatives, but really - I can't imagine it being any better. There just isn't any point. Not a superlative, it is a simple product just very made well. Had it wrapped around barbells, dumbells, EZ-bars, even kettlebell handles and it works like a charm. Nice grip surface, and made of strong rubber/plastic material that hangs on, while being very durable and offers a tiny bit of give so you can really grab hold of it. Useful when you're looking to really blast your arms, especially when you're in the middle ground where you know you can push more but the weight is a bit much, I use these on a slightly lower weight and make the most of the high rep sets (let's be honest, getting the pump through high reps on arms can be tedious and dull to get the work to kick in). Used these on smith machines too. A nice mixer to keep things interesting. It's a bright red, so bear that in mind if you want something low key. But to be honest, it's just a small gadget and the red motivates you to really go for it in the gym.
