Was looking for cod liver oil to take in pregnancy, it is a very good product

Had knee pain for years. Consultant suggested I need a new knee. Colleague at gym recommended these capsules. After two weeks I have no pain, no stiffness and can walk and bike for miles whereas before could not walk or bike without pain. I take one capsule in morning and one at night.

The tablet is a nice size to swallow, hard to know how good the stuff is inside but I order them regularly.

This is a great product. I regularly used it for more than 6 months. I could see great results. The only concern is the price- its bit expensive. So despite i like it i felt like i cannot afford it for forever.

I bought this item based on Dr Berg's recommendation, but very disappointed as the container is not air tight or sealed and the cap is loose. Also the capsules are half filled. I expected a better quality for this price and not sure if it does what it says as i have just bought it

I bought this one as I thought it have a soft shell as most fish oils do but this is a hard shell which you can open. Although I haven’t check if it’s possible to open it but am disappointed. I like their cod liver oil so bought capsules for for when travelling but this hard shell cant be chew only swallow.
