Same issue as described by another review. The way the mask is designed it digs into your eye sockets. It's basically unwearable. Either you're lucky enough to have the exact face this molded from or expect to have to modify it heavily yourself.

Okay so the fit of everything else was great, especially if you have a big head like mine.But the biggest problem is one that affects if you’re able to wear this or not.You know that one scene in “28 Weeks Later” where the husband kisses his zombie-infected asymptomatic wife, but then he gets infected and rage k**ls her. And in one of those actions, he gouges her eyes out with his thumbs? Yeah that’s what wearing this feels like. Literally couldnt even open my eyes cause it was being pierced with the mask

This mask looks awesome but the way the eyes are cut is extremely uncomfortable to the point you can't open your eyes because there are humps on the inside of the mask that press directly on the corners of your eyelids closest to your nose. Fortunately, the mask is made of foam and we were able to shave that down enough to make it work. 3 different people with 3 different facial bone structures tried it on and we all had the same issue so this will probably be an issue that most buyers will need to address. Otherwise we really like the way it looks.

This is the Batman & Robin-style mask from the 1997 movie. I am not sure if it's Urethane but it feels like it, and it's pretty thick (which surprised me!) The mask is overall comfortable, I didn't have the eye comfort issues some others have had. The cuts aren't clean so that may be the reason. There is a slight greasy texture. I am unsure if it's the paint or sweating, but I wanted to let that be known.I am using it to display so it suits my needs. If you're using it as a costume, its not too shabby but maybe look up how to wash urethane first,

My kid loves everything batman and since ordering this mask, I have somehow learned Robins lifestory from the original Robin to his current day successors. It's the perfect mask for cosplaying but most importantly, for helping Batman save Gotham city (or so my son believes)!
