Best GF Flour out there!
We purchased this flour for my gluten free sister in law. It is by far the best flour out there for those who are, and who are not, gluten intolerant. It makes THE BEST pizza dough. In fact, I am not gluten intolerant, but we have decided to use this flour going forward for all of our pizza crusts due to the ease in using and the overall taste.

This flour is amazing. It is GF which is really hard to find. You can use it for pretty much anything and it tastes amazing. It is on the more expensive side but it is really worth it.
