This product is amazing, it is helping me to reach my goal. However, this will not work if you are not under a balanced diet and do exercise. This for me its like a pre-workout as it gives you the energy. My advice: be on diet (eat healthy), workout and you will start to see the results after 2/3 weeks more or less, depending on your metabolism.

I've taken this one week on and one week off. I can say confidentiality I definitely feel a lot of energy when I take these pills. I've noticed my skin complexion changing and improving ever since I've taken these pills I don't look like a zombie anymore. I can confirm it because without it my skin goes pale again after 2 weeks of no taking the pills. The price is high but I'll definitely buy regularly. I have no negative symptoms from taking them either which is a plus.
