I have tried dozens of protein drinks everything from glucerna to great value and everyone of them spikes my blood sugar. Not this brand! The coffee and chocolate are my favorites, just wish they came with a tad more protein.

I got these because I really loved the cafe latte ones. I didn't want to be drinking a lot of caffeine though. These weren't my favorite. They're okay though. Taste is probably subjective.

These taste great. They are thick but not too thick. I freeze them and give them to my husband for a diabetic treat. Their texture is smooth. Definitely will buy again.
