I am very pleased with this protein shake. Great taste, caffeine and 30mg protein in one drink! It's so easy for me to hit my daily protein goal since discovering these. I used to drink two cups of coffee each morning and couldn't face drinking a protein shake afterwards, but with the caffeine in this drink, I am able to skip my second coffee and get my protein at the same time.
