Magnificent book
This read by author Morrison is the magnificent third book of the series. This is a wonderful third part to close the previous ideas presented in the other books. I believe this book is an outstanding guide to increase productivity, time management and leadership. Along the pages, I could discover how to figure out where my time has the greatest impact and what point I should prioritize to grow. With this specific book, I learnt how to arrange my days to get the best out of them. Byron keeps the same writing style and good ideas and organization all along the three books. However, I see this book as one of the most organized one and the one with the best closing ideas. Thanks to his complete and specific yet simple vocabulary, I could follow each idea with no effort.

helps you address critical aspects of being an effective leader.
This book shares with us a comprehensive guide to maximizing productivity while being able to manage the workload. It also helps you address critical aspects of being an effective leader. The book talks about key areas in your leadership that you should work on, including being more focused and effective and saving time. It also discusses effective delegation, where, if executed correctly, you can keep people accountable as you have communicated proper expectations for the tasks. The ideas about energy management and effective planning go hand in hand. For me, all the author's methods point towards efficiency. Mindset shifts are essential for management and employees, as the group is only as great as its weakest member. And being able to move like a well-oiled machine and in sync would make the company grow. The author is straightforward and practical with his advice, which is good as theoretical jargon often completes things; it would make you sound competent, but you need help to relay your message completely. The real-world examples in the book and the case studies the author presented help illustrate his key points in a positive light. The conversational tone helps us understand and quickly implement the concepts he shares. Throughout the book, he emphasizes practicality and ensures that whoever reads it can promptly implement it daily and make it a routine. Some areas to improve are some diversity in the case study with other industries so that his advice can be more universal. And some technology integration might be good, especially on the delegation side. We have so many programs to choose from, not entirely relying on it but only to facilitate the actions. And lastly, what all business owners have issues with is balancing [personal and professional life. It would be a great addition, not a big one but a small part of the book, as this information is very crucial in the overall performance of the CEO.

A great and insightful book
I really enjoy books that give me real life scenarios that help me feel identified with the author but most importantly, with what the author has written. The author uses his own experience to tell the reader how he learned the best way to become the CEO of your own company, and how to be able to manage making big decisions as well as taking the load of both, mental and physical aspects of leading. Dealing with the overwhelming moment when things get hard is also an important aspect of learning to become the best. The book has 6 sections and each one has sub sections that will fill the reader with information that will equip each reader with what they need to be successful.

Very informative
I have read some similar books about how to approach effective leadership but they have been lacking something. Going through this book made me realize that what I wanted to focus on was delegation and communication, which was one of the sections in this book. I found the specific ideas and strategies on how to accomplish this so helpful! It’s not easy for me to delegate and my communication skills are lacking a bit so I can say I definitely took something from this book.Even besides that, it has some really points I’ve never thought before, like how to manage your energy to match your work. I tend to burnout real quick a lot so getting to know more about how to prevent it was very handy.Overall, it’s a very well designed book that covers all your basis if you are looking to explore and develop your leadership skills.
