You heard about the Dominican dude who was rescued by the Colombian Navy after being adrift for 24 days, right? The headlines said he survived on this brand of chicken cubes. Really I think it would be more accurate to say he survived on his wits, since he had to keep bailing water out of the leaky boat, get attention by carving HELP on the hull, then flag down an airplane with a mirror. They tell me you can survive without food for 24 days, but not water, and of course he had plenty of that. Amazing story, I am sure I would not have lasted more than a day. (I think this further confirms that Jack was a figment of Rose's imagination, though.)So yeah, I needed to make a halal cream of chicken soup recipe in a pinch because I needed some for a chicken pot pie recipe, since cream of chicken soup is apparently unheard of in halal-world.

I like the taste but it’s expensive.
