I didn’t see any plumping effect
I liked the color of this product and the shine but I didn’t notice any plumping effect at all. I returned this item.

Good coverage, but zero tingle that you'd expect.
The media could not be loaded. It's a thick gloss that says it plumps. I see no indication that it does that. However, it has lovely coverage, a bright, glossy sheen, and of high quality. It seems a bit sticky but not overly so. It has quite a nice aplicator. It does keep your lips soft whilst wearing and does last a few hours. Yes, I think it is a good value for money for colour and coverage. If you're looking at this for it's purely plumping "abilities" this isn't the best option on the market. Overall, I'd purchase another colour.
